    What if I'm not going to the gym?
    Gym attendance is completely optional. We provide well-structured, effective home workout plans that use minimal or basic equipment. While you can achieve excellent results from home, Gym access shall be essential in the advancement of your progress stage. If this becomes essential, we will guide you through special care via one-on-one online or offline training to avoid any type of injury and maintain perfect Workout form .
    As a bachelor, can I follow the diet plan?
    Yes, absolutely. Our diet plans are practical and easy to follow, designed specifically around your lifestyle and routine. Whether you cook rarely, live in a hostel, or have a busy working schedule, your nutritional needs will be met without feeling restricted.
    How often do you change the diet plan?
    Your diet plan changes based entirely on your progress. We closely monitor how your body is responding to the food habits, and we update the plan whenever necessary to keep your progress steady and well-balanced.
    Can I eat from outside or have a cheat meal?
    Yes! Our plans are like a Reward System. If you successfully follow your given Diet, Workout, and Cardio goals, you shall be rewarded with your favorite cheat meal. We guide you through proper calculations and guidance to ensure you enjoy your favorite foods without compromising your long-term progress.
    Who designs and guides my plan?
    Your plan is led by me, Venkey (Certified Coach/Nutritionist), and supported by a complete expert team that includes certified fitness coaches, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and physicians. This ensures your body, diet, and injury prevention are covered by specialized professionals.
    What if I don't know which plan to choose?
    We are here to help! We evaluate your lifestyle, body type, concerns, and long-term goals. Our focus is on guiding you toward the choice that provides long-term sustainable results, not just quick temporary changes.
    What if I have an injury or medical condition?
